At Moon and Sun Wisdom we’re dedicated to supporting individuals in unlocking their creative potential, releasing emotional blocks and stagnant energy, and regaining agency on their journey towards healing. Our objective is for you to reconnect with your own body’s healing modalities, and feel emotionally, physically, and spiritually aligned. With deep respect for the land, ancestral practices and the light beings that inhabit this plane and others, we offer a safe container to receive energy work, and shamanic healings. Energy and Spirit work involves deep awareness from the practitioner and client. We meet at a soul level and start to work towards ease, health, and freedom.

Everyone is welcomed in our community. We offer a safe healing space for LGBTQIA2+ and BIPOC members.

Moon and Sun Wisdom was founded by artist, educator, certified Reiki and Intuitive healer and  Spirit practitioner Stephanie de Couto Costa.
