Our signature sessions merge shamanic and reiki healing modalities. We co-create a sacred space bringing focus and care to what the client seeks to heal within themself. A reiki treatment follows, where the practitioner tunes into the earth’s frequency to recalibrate the body's energetic system.
​This service can help clear negative energy, release past versions of self, mend inner child relationships, and provide relaxation and relief from mild physical discomforts.
As a shamanic practitioner, I meet with a client at a soul level to create a personalized healing container to assist them in aligning with their goals and desires.
​Our heart-centered coaching sessions help clients reclaim their power and agency, detach from harmful energy and self-talk, and reconnect to their creative drive from a space of enthusiasm and embodiment.

Hello lovely souls. I’m Stephanie, the founder and head practitioner at Moon and Sun Wisdom. I have been a light worker for many moons. My journey started at a very young age when I realized I was able to see, hear, and feel through the veil of our physical experience. I inherited my abilities from a lineage of spiritually attuned women, who were healers in their own right. Inspired by their grace, I dedicated myself to be of service to others by offering healings through various heart-centered practices including my work as an educator and artist, and later Reiki practitioner and Spirit healer.
The name Moon and Sun symbolizes the beautiful polarities we carry within ourselves, it is also a hommage to my beloved friend Sabrina who has traversed worlds into another plane of luminous existence.
